Coralie Larcher

Partner at Godefroy Larcher Avocats, Coralie Larcher advises and litigates in trademark, copyright, and design law for both French and international clients. Over the years, Coralie has also developed strong expertise in new technologies, personal data protection, and artificial intelligence. She assists companies in ensuring compliance with applicable regulations (GDPR, AI Act, DMA, Blockchain) and supports them in contract negotiations.
Before co-founding Godefroy Larcher Avocats, Coralie practiced for several years in IP and tech law, both in litigation and advisory roles, within leading international law firms in Paris. She also served as an in-house counsel at Guerlain (LVMH) and Christian Louboutin, gaining solid experience in the luxury sector.
Thanks to her double experience as both a firm lawyer and in-house counsel, Coralie helps businesses structure and secure their legal framework on key legal issues such as commercial law, data protection, and intellectual property rights.
Coralie has been admitted to the Paris Bar in June 2014.
